Join us for a One-Day Special Needs Family Conference on the importance of ADVOCACY & ENGAGEMENT. This event is sponsored by CEREBRUM CONNECTIONS and is FREE to everyone that attends. Hosting this event will be Pastor & Mrs. Steve Cape, who understand the importance of families advocating and staying engaged on behalf of a loved one. For twenty-five years the Capes have aided their oldest daughter Heather Cape, who has lived with multiple health issues, which includes two rare diseases and also lives with just one-half of her brain. Heather has been seen by over 1000 health professionals and has been treated in 13 different hospitals. This conference will teach you how a family can advocate for their loved one and encourage you to stay highly engaged with those who provide care for their loved one.
